The Association is non- profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.
Meeting Topics* To Include:
• 2024 Budget Review
• Community Updates
• Board Elections
* The agenda will be provided with the absentee ballot distribution.
The homeowners will elect three (3) homeowners to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Tarrant County.
Voting will be conducted via absentee ballot. Please review the timeline on page two for more details.
Should quorum fail to be met for the Annual Meeting, the Trails of Fossil Creek Homeowners Association will hold its Second annual meeting, as a self-governed association, on June 26, 2024 via Zoom Meeting. The meeting will be called to order at 7:05pm.
