The Pool Opens This Weekend

Hey There, Trails Residents!

The wait is finally over — the pool will officially open this Saturday, May 3rd, 2025!

Pool Fob Reminder:
• Haven’t picked up your pool fob yet? Be sure to retrieve it to avoid any delays at the gate.
• Need an additional or replacement fob?
o If you’ve never received a fob, we’ll provide one at no cost.
o If you’ve lost your fob or need extras for your household, there is a $15 fee per fob, plus a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

Go to Homeowner > Online Forms, and select Request for Pool FOB.
